Fragile shipments Written on .

 

A shipment is taken as fragile when it required a special handling and most likely cannot receive no shock and no pressure. Customers are often declare their packages fragile just to be sure it will deliver safely. This is causing problem in our operation because fragile shipments procedure have more steps than not fragile shipments.

To prevent our Agents and us in further concern with our clients, we have concluded to make 
insurance mandatory in any fragile shipment. If the client is consent and sure his or her package is fragile he or she need to agree to pay the cost of special handling that the insurance will automatically charge from the system.
